I have already completed the activity, but it is not marked in green, indicating that it is complete, what shall I do?

Firstly, it is important to know that the activity will only be marked as completed if you watch all the videos to the end. Knowing this, you should go through all the activities "Watch and Think", "Collaborate" (if any), "Do" and "Explore". If you have followed these instructions and the progress bar has still not updated, you should clear your cache and/or update the app/broswer. If the problem persists even with these recommendations, you should contact us through the "help" button located in the upper right corner of our homepage.
