If you want to change the name on your certificate, please follow the steps below:
Go to the “Profile” section in your account.
Update the name you would like to appear on the certificate and click on "Save".
Raise a ticket from the “Help” section requesting a Name Change.
Attach a screenshot of your updated profile page with the request.
Once the request is submitted, the name will be updated in your account within 3–4 working days. After the update, you will need to download your certificate again to see the corrected name.
